You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. Subscription and Payment

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5.3 Free Trial

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Equity Matrix, including:

Contribution records
Team member information
Company data
Custom metrics

6.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

6.3 Data Accuracy

The accuracy of equity calculations depends on the accuracy of data you provide. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect input.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

12. Indemnification

13. Termination
